This was my first experience with home staging.  I was pleasantly surprised at how smooth the process was.  Having Kathy stage my home created a lot of attention which contributed to the very quick sale of my home. I was still receiving phone calls from agents even after the house had sold. I look forward to working with Kathy again in my new home as I appreciate her ideas and recommendations.
